We created this rather sumptuous and inspirational wedding at Orchardleigh last week. The Bride had a fabulous eye for detail and was very sure of the look that she wanted to create. Between us we had the fun of planning all the floral aspects via email as she was in the USA until the week before {that’s another story all together} anyway hat’s off to her for pulling off what was a glorious day for sure.
Lindsey the Bride flew across the pond laden with tuelle and gorgeous lace for us to adorn various points. The bridge across to the Church at Orchardleigh was one of these places! We piled ivory hydrangea and roses over the archway to create a warm and floral welcome.
Apologies for the Work van appearing in the background but I couldn’t resist snapping a picture of these vintage car.
We attached this rather stylish garland of roses and hydrangea to the top table to finish off what was a very glamorous top table. Lindsey hired glassware to float lots of candles in, thus creating a warm and cosy feel to the wedding.
This very sleek and stylish cake was made by my favourite cake maker Sandra Monger
