I don’t know about you but when the weather is grey and miserable, it’s lovely to have a craft project on the go. I wanted to create a small enough wreath that I could pop in the post but that still had a colour and pretty ribbons! 🙂

- Stuff you need:
- Twine
- Small amount of moss (Raid your garden?)
- Spring bulb, could be narcissi or muscari?
- Wreath (check this blog on how to make it)
- Pretty ribbon for finishing wreath off

Step one, you need to separate out your bulbs if they have come in a pot, chop a small amount of the roots off and then start wrapping the bulb in the moss. You use the twine to keep the moss in place, tie it tightly to start you off and then keep wrapping the twine round the bulb and moss until its all tightly held in place.

Once it’s bound together you need to attach it to the wreath, for this you can just tightly bind it on with twine. I sat the bulb to the left as I was going to attach the ribbons at the bottom but you can play around with it and decide where you like it best.

Then I simply cut two of the ribbons to the length I required, looped them over and as you can see from the photo below, tied a bow with the green ribbon to finish the wreath off.
I’m going to pop it in the post with a very cute card and see what my friend thinks! 🙂
Hope you enjoy reading and stay warm wherever you are.
Grace
