Weddings….what weddings!!

I think we have truly hit wedding season….

So I thought I would share just a smattering of what’s been going on in the wedding world that is Young Blooms.

Young Blooms, wedding flowers wiltshire.

Last weekends rather gorgeous reception flowers

These jugs arranged on the tables at Orchard Leigh looked fantastic, the Bride chose a very relaxed selection of dahlias, blue & scabious {favourite of mine} lizianthus, amni and stocks. So there was colour, scent and summer all in one arrangement!

The incredible handiwork or Sandra Monger

This Bride also had the fabulous Sandra Monger to make her wedding cake. We bump into Sandra a lot when setting up weddings as she is a busy lady for sure, do check out her website if your hunting for a wedding cake as her work is amazing!

Pedestal arrangement at Combe Down Church

This wedding was quite scrumptious, with deep blue delphinium, lime green Anastasia blooms, lots of lavender and trailing jasmine. It all felt very romantic and deep!

You are always trained as a florist in include focal flowers into arrangements and bouquets {think rose and callas, something that draws the eye in} but more and more, brides and grooms are wanting relaxed style of flowers. So throw the rule book out and have what you like!
