There are some weddings that you do that are just perfect! As we were creating the bouquets and table-centres for this wedding at Priston Mill I was wondering why liked this wedding so much and realised that it was everything about the Brides choice of flowers that made it fabulous. The wintry texture suited the season, using the viburnum berries and the ruby red Leucadendron gave it depth of colour and then adding in the sweet avalanche roses (they are the pale pink roses) with the ivory Ornithogalum gave it that pop of colour without becoming too moody! Then we added in some gorgeous berried eucalyptus, veronica and wax-flower with it’s fabulous lemony scent.

Simple yet effective
To decorate the aisle we filled small jam-jars with a similar selection of flowers and then hung them on using twine. It’s amazing that something so simple can look so effective.
