This is a spur of the moment blog about peonies, and a delightful way to forget the miserable weather outside, I’ve lit the fire and am very tempted to pour myself a G&T as I begin to tell you all about today!
I got home from having coffee with a friend {sneaky day off} and a rather lovely email popped through my inbox from the delightful ladies at Love My Dress Blog saying that one of our fabulous couples had had their wedding featured on the LMD blog today
Well this was music to ears after getting horribly soaked walking the hound and feeling a bit grim with the weather, I was delighted by this perfect pick me up!
Suzi & Crispin the happy couple live locally and run a fantastic business called Cocktail Natives, they chose to get married at the Old Manor Hotel near Bradford on Avon.
We collected an awful lot of rather yummy vintage silver containers for the Reception table flowers and filled them with stocks, peonies, sea lavender {that’s the purple spiky stuff} Scent is always good to think about when planning your wedding flowers, stocks and peonies work perfectly and are summer scents for your guests to enjoy while sitting round.
I thought I would keep it short as you can enjoy more of this great day on Love my Dress. Do check out more photos from their wedding on Love My Dress, taken by a very talented Katrina Bartlam.
