For the French Floral Retreat 2020, we operate a strict and transparent cancellation policy which applies in all circumstances, so please ensure that you understand them prior to booking. If there are any questions, please email us at info@youngblooms.co.uk or call on 07980199452.
- Before 31st December 2020: 50% charge applies
- After 31st December and before (and including) 29th February: 75% charge applies
- After (and including) 29th February: 100% charge applies
Failure to pay instalments by the below dates will mean that your place is forfeited and will be offered to another person. The full payment schedule is:
£50 non-refundable deposit payable online to secure your place
£250 to be paid by 31 December 2020
£300 to be paid by 29 February 2021
Final £600 to be paid by 31 March 2021
NB. Transport to and from Château de la Ruche is not included
The total bill (£1,200) can be settled at any time
Exceptional Circumstances
If you are unable to attend for whatever reason, we cannot refund your fees, even if the place subsequently gets filled. We cannot be held liable for situations beyond our control, including (but not limited to) acts of war, acts of God, threats or acts of terrorism, civil unrest or unforeseen personal circumstances. We also can’t offer refunds for illness, flight delays or any other circumstances. Please ensure you have adequate insurance in place to cover for this.
Cancellation on our part
In the event of a tutor cancellation, every effort will be made to deliver the same content by another accomplished floral trainer. If we need to cancel the retreat, we will refund the money you have paid so far.
We cannot be held responsible for other costs – such as flights or any other incidentals and strongly recommend you have insurance in place to cover this.
Booking
Young Blooms deems your acceptance of these terms.
All fees to be paid to Young Blooms, details of which will be sent to you via email after the initial £50 deposit has been paid. Payments can also be made via debit/credit card by contacting Young Blooms on 07980199452.
There is a minimum requirement of 6 attendees to proceed, if we don’t fill these numbers, we will cancel the retreat and refund your fees in full.
