I meant to share this wedding over Valentines as it was so fabulously romantic but time has flown and Easter is just round the corner. I thought it was only right and proper that I share this beautifully romantic wedding we helped create at Orchardleigh late last year.
Lindsay contacted me early in 2014 to chat about her wedding, the small catch was that she was in the USA so would be unable to meet till nearer the day! So we started the ball rolling and began sending emails back and forth across the pond!
Luckily she had a very clear idea of what she wanted the day to look like which was fabulous. It’s always possible to work through ideas via the joy of email. Just involved lots of ‘what do you think about this?
We created three floral archways for the day, all filled with roses, hydrangea, lisianthus and freesia. The fun part was that straight after the ceremony as photos were being taken, we sneaked into the Church to start moving flowers! Orchardleigh is fabulous as it has this gorgeous chapel in it’s grounds so we didn’t have far to go!
I loved creating the garland for the top table as it had such a luxurious feel to it, we anchored it with the mirrors which we then covered with candles and more single blooms. How romantic does it look! đŸ™‚
